Too bad it didnt get impelemted, would killed off some shitcoin narrative. However, Nostr is more fun and more real. No going back now.

maybe it was lucky that it wasn't implemented then, nostr has much smaller user base yet custodial services like wos have been unable to keep up with the demand and this much payments, this way both lightning and nostr can grow together, and maybe we even see more usage of noncustodial services
