I haven't listened to this yet, but I ran the numbers on real eatate vs. gold for the last 25 years. Real estate doesn't even beat analog gold. Real Estate investing is rent seeking bullshit, but you're better off using your down payment to stack sats. I own a home. It bleeds sats, but I can't live in a node and my family is too big to live in a trailor. Real estate is good for shelter, not investing.

I'm all in on bitcoin, but I compared real estate to gold because normies don't understand bitcoin, but they know what gold is. If real estate can't beat gold, why do normies want real estate?

It is going to be interesting to see what happens with real estate prices over the next generation. If prices are unattainable for the critical mass then there has to be a revaluation. This will wreck so many homeowners who bought at the wrong time.
