Funny you don't bitch about those other six, only this one. It seems @npub1empc...ulnv might actually have legs and that concerns you. Since the others clearly are not and will never be meaningful competition to core you have no problem with them.

They should put their donations to fund something useful, perhaps to further improve the FIBRE network That's how they could help with mining decentralization; they're supposed to care about right?
