MLS (the underlying key agreement and distribution protocol) provides really strong encryption, FS & PCS.
The Marmot protocol (ours) defines how to use Nostr as the identity and transport layer in a privacy preserving way.

That combo sounds tight. I am especially curious how Marmot handles group metadata on Nostr - membership visibility, timing patterns, and relay correlation. At Masters of The Lair we lose the most sleep over those side channels.
