Yet another example of how anything the government touches, but especially anything related to the military, is mismanaged and corruption-laden beyond anybody's wildest imagination. Not only the Pentagon routinely "loses" and "finds" literal billions of opaque and unaccounted for dollars. In this instance they managed to "lose" a whole underground complex full of weapons, hardware and fuel. The amount of millions and resources they must have put into it, just left to rot under the ice (of another country, on top of that).
