I use Rizful for zapping and small purchases (5k and under), and I use Blitz Wallet for everything else. Strike is problematic for many (not to mention very KYC)
Direct checking acct ive had connected for a while. Yes it is a Sunday so we are Pending not SPending. Tough when you wish to top up your spending wallet to make a purchase. Ultimately it's my fault for not loading things up ahead of time. Im sure it will be cleared up by morning. There must be some happy medium where you are protected from abuse but for transfers of value below $50 you might give some grace for and instant access assuming everything is current and in good standing. It is easy to get spoiled with very fast lightning payments and separating out the slow value transfers. This is very close to Very awesome.
Apologies for the venting - I was able to add image enough from other sources to complete the transfer. Can't wait to try that jerky 🔥 I'm going to see if this really takes until 1/8 to the $10 I added to be Safe to send. That seems like too long. Thanks for that info I am hoping it is just a matter of presentation. I definitely hadn't seen Strike Instant before but that makes sense.
Here's an option. Let's show how great p2p can be. Shoot me the small amount you need right away via cashapp or venmo, and I'll shoot you the sats via strike.
Thanks I was able to complete the transfer needed today 👍👍 there are some percentage of my Strike sats that I still can't zap until their magic date. I think I actually heard of someone describing a system that sounds like exactly what you offered to do here. Which is amazing and probably the way this will get fixed by people bringing some sort of trust or value into this transfer process.
My mistaks... I once purchased an Amazon egift card through Bitrefill and decided not to use it, and exchanged it back and received Bitrefill rewards for the equivalent value, which I then used to buy sats. Hope that helps (it was last year and I forgot).
Oh I gotcha - yes I have seen bit refill might have a good use case to test next time I need to top up a wallet. Looks like some good options are out there it is just not what I was expecting at all
