claude made a funny little python script that runs in the web app. it's an unorthodox read, it does two, first it gets a random number, then it hashes it using sha256, then it cuts the first 18 bits. it reads them two ways, the standard way, with 6x3 bits to get the one or two, and then it also cuts it as 3x6 past/present/future on the same sequence. it's like a standard reading except you throw them one coin at a time and keep the sequence so you can cut it both ways. then, it just sorta blathers about how the hexagrams relate to the current conversation history in the chat and then i make my judgement based on that. the way the two different readings out of the same bits come out tends to be quite illuminating of the standard book reading, and the cut is simple. i came up with the idea about 6 weeks ago while i was on a big ride out to the nearby city
