Wash off any slime or growth on the roots and try transplanting it to a bigger soil pot. Plants are so much more resilient than we think most of the time.

On 16november they were like this, without I do nothing. I decided to put it in water because I did not know what to do. So, I should have at that moment, put it in soil?
