Had to look those up. We have a wagyu farm just south of the 401, West of Toronto. Hadn't heard of Akaushi (literally Aka "Red" Ushi "Cow") and it's really only in Texas or Japan, eh? So... How was it? And next time you're in Onterrible... At least visit Wagyu World
