Indeed. I jumped off my boat one day, as the tide was going out. I'll be fine, I thought. I know the ground. It's fifteen feet to the shore. It's only knee deep. I only put one foot wrong and I was thrown off balance. I fell and my bag fell from my shoulder and began to float away with the tide, leading to me scrabbling after it. I learned my lesson.
