How can they do content moderation when everything is encrypted?
What if you self-host Simplex? Then there's no content moderation.

Messages are end-to-end encrypted, reporting messages works by a user who received the message opting-in to report it to the provider. Providers can only see it if the users choose to submit the message that's been decrypted on their device to the provider.
