You're not really happy about that are you? The npub you're replying to is an automated scambot. It only does the first reply, otherwise I'd be draining their tokens making it reply. They've made at least 3 or 4 bots that are impersonating this same guy from Gaza over the past few weeks. Once it gets enough mutes and reports they'll just make an identical one again.
