When I take out my contacts I put them in my mouth and spit them in to the trash can. This is a tactic so they dont end up on the floor. Curious if this is common or if there are other solutions.

…. I think I remember just dropping them into garbage with my hands.
If I just use my hands I always miss! Because they stick to my finger. This is 100% serious
ha! Well I used contacts for a while senior year of HS to college… you seem to be very conscientious about not littering, or have good spitting skills.
I remember not caring much if they did fall on the floor (if they were not usable anymore)
