It’s not a struggle. You’re just afraid of the pain and you’re right to be. It’s going to hurt more at 50 than it would have at 25. That said you should summon the courage and do it anyway, because it’ll be even more painful at 70.

Just do it! We are on that journey for about a year… and it’s getting better and better👍
