Finding people to follow on Nostr is easy. Just follow people that people you follow interact with. Not your vibe just unfollow. Your in control after all.

This is definitely the best way to start. I think following relays is an upgraded version of this cause you can basically follow of hundreds of similar vibe npubs on one or two relay follows. Less beginner friendly though.
