Just be aware you dox your IP when you do that. May or may not be something to consider.

How did you resolve. Can you give easy steps.

I went through the CLI but you should also be able to do it by toggling on Hybrid Mode in Advanced Settings. You need to be able to establish peers and if Tor isn’t playing nice then the workaround is to go through Clearnet. If you’re worried about Opsec of not completely running through Tor relays then this presents an issue and you need to try and resolve another way. The problem is even if you resolve the Tor issue, if you restart LND node, it wants to go back to its old ways and you get stuck again.

I have hybrid mode toggled on already on LND settings and still no for connections showing on my Core 29.0

No peers on Core node or just no Lightning channels online?

I have 5 clearnet and 2 I2P connections right now. No Tor. I have 20 lightning channels working out of 31. I just did the LND v0.21.1-beta-patch.1 with still no For connections. Also, running Bitcoin Core 29.0.0 on Umbrel.

Yeah, for some reason @Umbrel ☂️ LND defaults back to an old version of Tor and gets stuck… 🤷‍♂️ Hopefully another update resolves this issue.

Umbrel saved the day with an new update. I contacted customer service an they had a fix in less than 30 minutes. 💪
