Six years ago my friend Greg planted Pinot Noir at his property in the Yarra Valley. In March we picked the first fruit from the young vines. Today we bottled the wine I made for him over the course of 2025 😎 We always joke that the grower actually makes the wine, and the winemaker merely guides it from the vineyard, to the fermenters, to the barrels, to the tanks and ultimately to the bottle.
