As a huge procrastinator, I resonate with some of this, and then I think some of it is just manufactured excuses to make people feel good about themselves.
Makes me think of tricks used by magicians psychics and advertisers. I am skeptical whether any of this is true now.
Yes I know what you mean. I think much if it can feel like excuses, but I am still a procrastinator.
