I was thinking about replying with a snarky comment about perfectionism, since that is the type of BS reply I've received when pointing out some defeciency. Our culture has degraded enough that accepting bad quality has become the norm, and anyone that doesn't like it is open to ridicule. It's refreshing to see someone still hold a high bar.
