Well, we've been here 1.5yrs..... There's been 3 payment portal changes. Constant just cause eviction notices starting a week after we moved in. 3 accounting errors in those payment portals. They can't show me a title. They ignored the state attorney General They are FUCKED. Pay up or let's go to a judge. 🤝

I did the math. $163,000 against them if this goes to court. Plus the state Attorney General could look into them alot further and find other charges. I'm just asking them to: 1) State that I own the trailer/ sign over title. 1) Reduce what I owe on my home to $10,000 2) Accept the $430/mo payments that was originally agreed to and signed 3) $20,000 Lump sum or in $1675 monthly payments, no home payment credits.
