Never tried eating beauty berries, thought they weren't great for human consumption for some reason. How do they taste? Hopefully that's a low spot where water pools for the bald cypress- those about the only places I'll plant them now since they need so much water. Seen so many around town high and dry that don't make it. They're the best trees for water hole rope swings and climbing IMO (and bank stabilization)
