Unfortunately if he went under, they would find a way to keep the Bitcoin, it seems like it was one-way concentration of coins away from self custody.

I mean the government can keep those coins they’re worthless anyway whether it’s on coinbase or in a trezor up trumps coochie
It’s going to be hard to keep what’s not in self custody
