Looks good! I make a snack bar for the kids that we call fat bombs or dirt cakes. They are 1 cup tallow, 3/4 cup cocoa powder. A couple cups of nuts and a couple cups of dried fruit, and some other stuff like coconut flakes and granola. There is no corn syrup or seed oil in them. I add a bit of stevia and brown sugar for sweetness. I press them into cupcake paper cups. They eat one for snack and are full. You can use coconut oil also.
