Is Nostr dead or are all your followers in completely different timezone and only ever see your notes if you're awake at an unreasonable hour?

right now i'm awake absurdly early
I use GMs to track global timezones.
Europeans usually post GM around 8 - 9 pm here, you're in UK?
So it's like 4 - 5 am for you ?
