I'm honestly not sure. I think it works in the United States, but I won't swear to it, just because I've not done a whole lot of research into it, other than the fact that it's ESIM only, and my phone does not support ESIM.
I don't have any conclusive proof I can share, but I think it's based in Israel and and Poland.
