Zapertise (i think it is) is a way. Ill have to try and dig up the app but basically you set a sats budget and it blasts sats to people and you have a comment with a url for the episode (in this case) or to your site etc

Think like Adsense, we can call it adsats but here is the idea- Each post will need a new field to allow or not allow and ad embedded in the post. If allowed a key that will allow advertisers to “bid” on that placement Each time the post is rendered the client should fetch a “current” ad based on the highest bit for that key or key group (possibly by region ) The advertiser is debited some sats and the client and content creator are credited some sats. All transparent
