Kind of out there, but this is why I don't do shit to constrain results. I use my cat bowl as an example. Had one roll off into the floor and into the cat bowl. Recorded it. I use word lottery now but same thing. Wherever it lands. Blow on it if necessary. Takes forever to draw 24 properly but worth it. If you won't do any of that well, yeah, a computer is probably going to beat you out. I think a lot of this is overly complicated. Im just doing it myself from now on.

I like the idea of using the I Ching too, I wonder how many bits in a hexagram?
You don't need to do anything fancy. Just shake normal dice in a normal box or roll them on a table. Even if they a slightly biased dice, no one would be able to get any advantage guessing your secret unless they study your particular dice. And even then, not enough to matter unless they were very lopsided dice. Even the whole casino dice thing is superstitious.
my understanding is you should overroll 5%
to mitigate the tendancy for the 1-face to be the heaviest
