I have terrible internet right now, 3G.
Trying to use Substack is impossible. Nothing loads. I guess nothing is actually cached client side?
Primal, on the other hand, works fantastic.
I can see all the notes that my device has already downloaded and it gracefully connects when it can.
Substack (and many other centralised apps) are clearly designed assuming strong internet.
