Not a conspiracy. It has been running for a long time, although the official term is "geoengineeing".
Well, the trails are not always contrails. They are geoengineeing to dim the sun.
This is going on for some years "experimentally" and was recently approved by government.

Chemtrails as they are suspected are impossible because the amount of liquid to produce these trails would need tanks of huge volume. I once dumped 60 tons of fuel in 1/2 hour because of an emergency landing. Nobody would have even noticed it from the ground. The liquids aren't visible from the ground when they come out of the jettison hose .
I've seen hundreds of airliners in the air producing the trails with their engine exhaust depending on the climatic conditions.
Airliners have always produced trails of condensed water and burned fumes.
That's all I can say.
