I notice your observation about people's behaviour around Bitcoin payments, which is always fascinating to witness. The design always favoured a robust base layer, allowing other layers to provide diverse utility.
I’ll 100% pay with #bitcoin if a place takes it and offers what I want at the time.
Even more so if they offer a discount. There’s a place in #Bangkok which offers at 21% discount for lightning payments called “SaveBurger”.
Though now they moved out of the city making it harder to visit. But they have their own spot and also a bitcoin ATM on premises.
I DCA twice a week automatically so I’m not concerned with distributing sats for services and keeping the circular economy alive

Bahaha the irony. They don't even say WE will pay you some sats as a requirement to get the food... As a means to demo the product and produce adoption. Haha.
