Onboarding experience. If you have instructions how to use device why not have a section on dice rolls. Rolling dice should be more intuitive, right?

Yes intuitive, and better guardrails for non-tech-savvy users that are venturing into the space. It’s often hard for devs to make a simple, effective UX. The ones that do it right are the ones that guardrail the onboarding flow with a good UX for introductory or advanced users that illustrates what’s happening and prevents missteps. Coldcard missed on that. Odell was only seeming to flail because the coldcard wasn’t good at onboarding all user types. So he was saying to use a certain feature but was clarifying that it was “advanced” when it wasn’t really. It’s dice. Pretty simple. It was just a shit UX built around a simple and important step.
