My bro took me to dispensaries in Cali that had some old ass pre rolls and rolled their eyes at me when I got fussy about harvest dates. Maybe the dispensary you go to keeps better care of their inventory, I'm not saying good dispensaries don't exist just that people new to weed can easily buy bad weed and not understand why they're not having a good time.
