Nah. They will determine this a reason for making regular inspections of civilian trucks mandatory, increasing surveillance on parking lots and reducing freedoms for civilians to buy or own ammo.
After reading it, they're blaming the contractor.
I guess the Bundeswehr doesn't have the manpower (and vehicles) to securely transport ammunition...

Yeah I tried to be sarcastic. It's obviously a security issue if contractors drive military equipment around just like that. While the armed guys with armoured vehicles and decent trucks are crawling through the dirt back at the base.
