i cant do OS stuff i cant even get an updated OS on my computer when i am ~trying~ to do that on purpose a lot of people are really not tech literate i am one of them

why wouldn't the bottom 10% have value why wouldn't those hangups, those issues, those difficulties be places to inspire new ideas, work arounds, why wouldn't they highlight challenges worth noticing, why wouldnt they have something to say
