This is not something to celebrate if that comes true. It would mean that bitcoin in corporate and government captured.
it could also mean that now running bitcoin nodes could begin to involve criminal or moral risks due to how free rein will be given to those who upload csam.
so now in addition to the problem of needing larger disks to run a node, now one will also have to make a moral decision about whether or not to run a node knowing the things it will have to save.
