> How does neuropathy develop? > > It begins with a circadian mismatch usually tied to light or the low frequency ELF range. Both alter calcium homeostasis in cells. But excessive EMF is not necessary to be the only cause. Iodine deficiency is a big cause because it causes a loss of myelination of peripheral and central nervous system tissues. A lack of iodine also means the person can not myelinate their nerves because they can not access the ketogenic pathway to myelinate nerves. This has two major effects on nerves. One it decreases the insulation of nerves and can cause a short circuit to develop. The second is more interesting and more significant. It would decrease the the DC current of nerve fibers that has been found experimentally to be tied to tissue regeneration in mammals. i had something happen recently whereby i had a dramatic increase in my body temperature, a sensation i hadn't had in a long time i must remember what it was oh yesssS!!! it was fasting it brought on full out ketosis, 3 days of no food at all i'm probably overdue, but i need to read up more on fasting and keto, it's not just a day off, it took over 3 days for it to start, and i took it as a sign of my metabolism recovering, and i'm still better now than i was, potassium especially has improved my body temperature regulation, but the effects of fasting are probably also very important and i probably need to just fast a lot more, like 4-5 day fasts

i'm also getting fluid retention with it at the moment and the crampy feeling in my lower parts is really bad right now so, i think, a couple of things are in this... one is malts in the beer i have had in greater amounts lately, the other is the seed oils plus i am also fighting off some kind of fungal infection on my skin the idea that i just need to stop eating (this shit, period) is really on my mind right now maybe i will do the full 7 day this time... 4 day definitely was minimal to start my system on the right track, really made me feel sooo much better
