@hasky says its the MtGox hack address. I have to assume people with claims on these coins would want to get involved in this fucking case. Another address he’s making a claim on is potentially Bitfinex coins according to Arkham. Paolo Arduino of Tether you would think would get involved!

So... these were coins hacked from MtGox way back in 2011; and it has been spammed with dust ever since in an attempt to get the owner (hacker) to possibly expose themself by moving them?
