Musk has absolute control over decision-making at X for better or worse , because he owns 80% of it . The other shareholders you mentioned stakes are negligible in comparison, the funds holding between $100M and $800M at a $44B valuation , that’s a tiny slice in comparison . They’re pretty much passive stakeholders he can ignore their existence and nothing would happen to him . His biggest problem is his creditors , X has 13B in debt if he fails to make his payments (2B/year) he can loose all of it . And as of recently his debt got sold from JPM to Citadel and others , the new creditors are the one who can put pressure if things go south , Not the prince , Qatar fund or oracle
