I would name it primitive or rustic salt 😄
One thing I know is that the meat tastes delicious when it is left to rest for 15 minutes in rock salt, instead of regular salt, before being grilled.

Oo yum, I bet that would be delicious. I’ve been trying to remember to let salt rest on my steaks for at minimum 5 minutes before cooking lately.
You should share a pic of the grilled steak sometime too!
