Everyone loves #discipline
as long as it stays theoretical.
We admire it in #quotes.
Applaud it in other people.
Praise it when it sounds aesthetic.
But real discipline isn’t #motivational.
It’s inconvenient.
It shows up when comfort is available
and you say no anyway.
When excuses sound reasonable
and you don’t take them.
Discipline isn’t loud.
It doesn’t feel heroic.
It rarely gets noticed.
Most people don’t lack discipline.
They just stop the moment it asks
for discomfort.
That’s the difference
between wanting #change
and actually changing.
