Omg I'm pretty sure that was it, as we talked about her a bit and at some point I definitely said "can't go wrong with Julia...simple, good,..." and it was like 7 stages of prep!

She is like, buy this special cut of meat from the specialty butcher on the other side of town who is only open for two hours on Saturday, have them wrap it in cellophane lined parchment paper pressed from Canadian hardwood, and he must only tie it with pure hemp string or else your stew will be terrible lol.
