Yes MJ (Bad)
I don't think I ever did. However I did do a large sketch directly onto the wall of a Porsche 911, using my scalextrics as reference.
Nice 🤘🏻 I think I had one with the HIStory cover...
Very cool. How long did it stay there?
For a few years, until I left for Uni.
never did that
Kurt Cobain from a Bravo-sort-of mag fuck i’d love to find it
Any other kinds of posters?
Bravo mag is the OG. Also talking about Cobain showing up on those pages makes me think about the diversity of 90s idols - you had your Cobains, Beckhams, DiCaprios... Celebrities these days feel kind of flat next to them.
But it might just be the nostalgia talking.
PC games posters from magazines
OK! What were the gems from back then?
I started earlier, but PC magazines started here circa 1990....

Which posters did you have - which games?
Beatles, the 'Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' album cover

i think it was albert einstein
Wow, that‘s pretty mature taste for the first poster 💜
Really? Where did you get it?
It was more of a “judge an album by its cover”. Really immature days indeed! 🤪
Yes. John Travolta. 🕺
Any particular film?
OK, makes sense, it‘s a dope cover 😌
It is, indeed! 🤘🏾
i dont know
its a long time ago
Saturday Night Fever. That is how I learned the Brooklyn hustle! 🕺🕺
Nice 🪩🕺🏼
MJ
I think he’s the only male pop star who was widely accepted as “poster-on-the-wall” material for dudes.
Farah Fawcett. 1977. 💋
Alright! Had to look up her films, and I see that she was in an episode of Ally McBeal - Calista Flockhart was my first celeb poster. 😁
🖤🔥
That's funny, I was asked the same thing not too long ago. I didn't have any.
OK, so what was your first LP/MC/CD?
Easy: Parachute - Coldplay ✌️
So you‘re the Coldplay OG, nice.🤘🏻
Dude.. I‘m thinking about this movie.. if I see it today, I would swear Travolta is AI in this one. The moves are just incredible. I have to watch it again some day soon.
🤣
