It could be. We just need to get the bots going.. we already have for mastodon and wikipedia anyway..
Does amethyst have any plans to make an RSS reader section lol;)
Currently using
In a workaround way.
Maybe amethyst already does this but I've not made it that far into the menu yet.
atomstr
Don't you just have to follow those accounts?
Wait wait wait. I thought it was extremely difficult to get twitter feeds..weren't they always getting shut down?
You're saying you can clone twitter and use a third party to read it (and post to it?). I think this is what twitter actually used to be like, there were different clients you could use to read / post.
Is that happening again?
Is this totally theoretical? Or is someone actually building this. This would actually get quite a lot of attention and use (from outside the usual bitcointwitter crowd lol).
Well yes, but I have to grab the RSS feed, go to atomstr add it, then open it (often the most difficult part because it can't find it lol).
Then I have to add it to a list I call RSS (and sublist like RSS - Rare music).
It's a bit of a faff.
But tbh a proper rss reader nostr client is probably a massive undertaking in itself.
I need to look into open source and free RSS readers actually.
I just think there is something in them for someone to make a nostr project around.
