It's a couple of years I am reading and studying about different shoes type and foot problems related to the "classic" style. I suffered from flat feet and consecutivly ACL demages with sports. After that understood manybof my problems were starting from there.. walking bare feet and foot excercise already changed the shaled of it and after 2 years of work I can see an the arch of my feet 😁👣

@Dan Wedge here is a short list of examples. I found really big benefits and improvements doing these, and changed also completely they way I walk, before I was never activating my backchain and was also starting to have pains on the lower back.
