You make great points. It’s something i struggle with too, specially as someone using #ai to create this #aiart npub .
I have other artistic skills, but illustration is something i have never developed…
It feels like we’re heading towards a fork of some kind, separating synthetic art and human made art, and i feel this latter one is gonna go more and more towardw valuing manual processes and human intervention/creativity (or at least i think i hope it will)
In the end, ai doesn’t have any agency, so it’s all about what we do with it all…
