Yeah, the backup feature is about all I use it for honestly, and even then citrine, and nostr . Land work better for that, I mean there's other tools too but I only start digging deeper if I'm desperate to recover.

Not sure what you mean by back up feature? In the nostur iOS app?
I have issues using 95% of nostr apps on my pos droid… but pretty much everything works fine on my older iPhone lol
The followers list whenever relays/clients nuke your kind 3 events.
Nostur has a thing where if the list gets destroyed it'll have the previously saved list, and recover it.
