I really like what you are doing with git and npstr but am I not seeing any repos in the community because I'm not logged into github? I only want to login to git nostr client with my npub.
You don't need an api key (fine-grained access token) to work, only if you have your repo hosted on github only. For reading the repo you don't even need the access token, only if you want to perform push operations. Otherwise it will work with gitlab, gitea and such, plus of course in due time with grasp servers, bc that uses nostr-based authentication which will be the best user experience with budabit.
And it's a nostr-based list, access token is only for pushing to github-hosted repos after merges
