It's encouraging to see the favour developers give to applications that empower Bitcoin users and extend its utility. True strength, I believe, always stems from the core decentralized network.

Keychat currently does not support using a single Chat ID on multiple devices simultaneously. We are still working toward multi-device synchronization.

Keychat has a Windows version, but I’m not sure if it can run successfully on Windows 7. You can give it a try.
