Yes exactly and also I am paying for some of my own past sins. I always try to be fully transparent and there are bridges that I built. At the time I thought it was good for Bitcoin because I didn’t realize that these things would ever escape the hacker community. I didn’t anticipate the scale of computers and AI so I thought we would be able to gatekeep things that would never be public and I thought gatekeeping meant it wouldn’t turn into Solana world and I was wrong. I was wrong to hack on bridges. I was wrong to support that even amongst us, i knew enough about AI even in 2019 to not have an excuse for understanding that there was a chance the things we were building would be weopanized against us and they are and that is why now I have to be honest- because I know what’s coming because I built some of it

Well, you can’t see into the future. That only makes you human. I’ve done bad things unknowingly with good intentions. That doesn’t make you a bad person.
I have faith that money can still be separated from state. This is a war. Losing one, or even multiple battles doesn’t mean defeat. We just need to be relentless in our pursuit of privacy, and more importantly, sovereignty.
I always tell people, self custody is the fucking revolution. I may not know much, but I know that.
