I did actually no think, that it is this hard to find a good definition. My first search was on britannica:

I would mostly lean to the part in Britannica where it is written:
> persistent association between the left and revolutionary values, which tended toward egalitarianism, and between the right and traditionalist or hierarchical values.
So to say, that political left are proponents, that try to steer towards a society, where all humans live under the same law and same chances, while the political right focuses more on order and hirarchy to enforce it. Mostly order based on traditions, cultural similarities and such. Could you agree on this left-right spectrum definition?

Where would you place Transhumanist Movements?
I think rather leftist. Since they ask for equal opportunities, rights and social acceptance within society.
So more towards equality.
